The air suspension’s ride height drops by 0.4-in (10mm) when cruising at speeds above 65mph (105km/h)5 to reduce aerodynamic drag and assist with fuel efficiency. The Auto Access Height function automatically lowers the suspension by 1.6-in (40mm) when the ignition is turned off, making it easier to get in and out of the vehicle.

As of late, it’s become increasingly difficult to make everything smaller yet, with process technology, generally defined as "half the distance between identical features in an array," now approaching the single digit nanometer range. So with their 6th, 7th and 8th generation of Core processors, Intel has mostly been optimizing and fine-tuning things. This case will be useless and pointlessly restrictive for 95% of the population, but for the 5% that do live a super rugged lifestyle and need a case that is anything-proof, the LifeProof FRE is a good buy. The MSRP of $89.99 is a little absurd, but the going price of around $50 on Amazon is much more reasonable. Of course, it’s still noticeably more expensive than regular cases, but it’s also much more capable.
